On the 3rd January GCG-Grand Cayman (GCM) catered a VIP Charter of 107 meals for the Dolan family consisting of pre-departure snacks, afternoon meals - 2 different entrees and also kids meals and desserts for approximately 98 passengers and 9 crew.
The Dolan family were very much appreciative of the A-Class service extended to them, from the communication to the quality service and delivery and hence their positive and happy remarks as expressed in the letter below to the Divisional General Manager, Mr. Stewart Massiah:
Dear Mr. Massiah,
On behalf of Miami Air International, Inc., the Dolan Family and myself, I wish to extend my sincere appreciation and gratitude for an outstanding job done by your crew that we had catered from your facility last weekend. The food and presentation were superb! Customer service was absolutely wonderful!!!!! Best I have seen in the Caribbean! Anthony Franklin & Sherman Davis were a huge help to me from the very beginning, offering menu suggestions, protocol, and did everything possible to make certain all specifications and expectations were met and followed!
Many thanks also to the “behind-the-scenes” crew including Cook Axel Fernandez, Cook Bartley and Chef Pierre Small. Everyone worked quickly and efficiently!! Thank you, Roger Aleria!!
More TEAM players included Marlon Ford, Lana Holden & Kamar Buckner assembled the meals and did a great job!
I will most certainly use your GRAND facility when passing through should our travels take us to Grand Cayman again!
