It was 3:30PM of March 2nd, 2017. The GCG Staff had prepared. Expectations were high and the test was on. And, yes! The GCG team in Saint Maarten successfully provided 1,744 meals, at the same time, to three different wide body air craft’s from KLM, Air Caraibes and Air France airline companies.
General Manager, Peter Cox shares the story: “This was achieved through meticulous planning and coordination of the efforts of the team amidst the challenges with the limited refrigeration space and only two ramp spaces for loading. We just made it work. Again we celebrate this moment which was challenging since the flights were to be served at the same time which is unusual in Saint Maarten. I again thank and congratulate my entire crew who made this occasion fantabulous!”
