The company manages import distribution businesses in Barbados, St. Vincent, St. Lucia. Antigua and Jamaica. In all the islands other than Jamaica, the companies distribute a full range of foods, spirits and wine and in some cases, personal care products and pharmaceuticals.  Some of our companies have hardware businesses, insurance agencies and several distribute a wide range of Nissan vehicles.  In Barbados, batteries and tyres are sold while car rental is also a major part of the business with Courtesy Car Rentals and Auto Rentals.

Mr. Ian Alleyne, the Divisional General Manager of the Import Distribution & Marketing Division, is a qualified accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), as well as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAB).

He received his secondary education at Lodge School and Combermere School and later attended the London School of Accountancy where he studied towards achieving his professional accountancy designation.

He worked for six years with a leading firm of professional accountants before joining the Goddard Group of Companies as Financial Controller of Hanschell Inniss Limited. He served in various management positions at Hanschell Inniss Limited before becoming Managing Director in 1994.

He took up the position of Divisional General Manager, Import Distribution & Marketing in January 2001 and is responsible for the import distribution division in Barbados, Antigua, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Jamaica, St. Kitts and Grenada. He was appointed to the Board in March 2004.

Miss Tracey Shuffler, Deputy Divisional General Manager of the Import Distribution & Marketing Division, a Canadian-born Barbadian marketing specialist - with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, and a MBA from Concordia University - had held the positions of General Manager, and then Managing Director of The West Indies Rum Distillery Limited (WIRD). Her stint as Managing Director of WIRD began in January 2008 when she became the first female to lead the rum distillery and the first female member of the Board of Directors of WIRD.
