Sunbilt Ltd in St. Lucia was acquired by Goddard Enterprises Ltd in October 2005 as part of its strategy to develop the Import Distribution & Marketing Division’s Building Supplies and Hardware departments in the islands, and particularly in St. Lucia.

Sunbilt Ltd is a trading company which operates from three (3) locations – Bois D’Orange, Cedars and Cul-de-sac. The company originally started business at Cedars in the old family home - under the then ownership of Mr. Frances Devaux. Between 1999 and 2003, the business rapidly expanded with sales of EC$22 – 23M annually and the Bois D’Orange location was added.
