BEV Processors Inc is a Guyanese based shrimp and fish processor. The plant is HACCP certified and exports product to the USA as well as several CARICOM countries. The shrimp (xiphopenaeus kroyeri) is peeled and graded according to size, usually 90 - 130 per lb, 130 - 200 per lb, 200 - 300 per lb and over 300 per lb. Fish include Grey Snapper, Sea Trout, Bangamary, Butter Fish and several species of Catfish. |
