DUTIES INCLUDE:

Goddard Enterprises Limited, a leading diversified conglomerate operating in 22 countries with over 6000 employees, is seeking to recruit a dynamic, results oriented Human Resources professional to join the Group Human Resources Team as Group Human Resources Manager - Training & Development. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources and Community Relations, the successful candidate must be passionate about training & development as he/she will have specific responsibilities for training & development and organisation development initiatives throughout the Group. In addition, the Group Human Resources Manager will provide professional HR advice, services and support to the management and staff of the subsidiary companies.


Key Areas Of Responsibility


• Plan, coordinate, design, implement, conduct and evaluate Training & Development activities and programmes for the subsidiary companies of the Goddard Group
• Conduct training needs assessments for the Goddard Group
• Develop and implement the Group’s Performance Management System
• Support the Succession Planning efforts of the Group through the Performance Management System and innovative training & development initiatives
• Conduct Human Resources Audits of subsidiary companies
• Facilitate Strategic Planning exercises for subsidiary companies
• Assist subsidiary management in all HR activities, including the recruitment and selection of staff
• Write, edit and coordinate the production of the Group quarterly in-house newsletter - the Enterpriser
