Goddard Catering Group (Barbados) Ltd., a subsidiary of Goddard Enterprises Limited., is a member of Goddard Catering Group’s network in twenty-two countries. We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, creative and results oriented person to join our team as Operations Manager of the catering group based in Barbados.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and directing the activities of the Operations, Commissary, Dispatch and Sanitation departments and must ensure that standards are maintained in the preparation and delivery of service within the prescribed budgets and that quality systems are maintained.
Key Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of the Operations, Commissary and Sanitation departments
Prepare and analyze expenditure, financial and operational reports/procedures
Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, selection, training and development of staff in the Operations, Commissary, Dispatch and Sanitation departments
Adhere to all quality and safety standards and procedures
